Jay Oliver is finally going solo!
After years of toil, reflection and urging from fans & peers around the world, Jay Oliver is back at the helm of his deepest expression: The Piano.

In a world of exploding technology, hearing just a few notes from Jay's performances is surprisingly refreshing and powerful, carrying a depth of soul that many of us have forgotten.

Having spent the last 20 years behind the scenes working with artists such as Sheryl Crow, Glenn Frey/The Eagles, Dave Weckl, Russ Kunkel, Jimmy Buffett and many others, Jay has been a prolific producer, composer, entrepreneur and visionary. But all the while, his deepest musical message has been kept a great secret.... until now.

Sporting a refreshing new musical style, his expression at the piano embodies an unorthodox combination of cultural influences, then combined with both subtle and overt waves of emotion, these performance rarely fail to transport the listener to a powerful place. It is without a doubt, worth taking a few moments to listen. The performances have been noted by some to be transformative.

Jay's repertiore embraces several different categories. Some are songs that we all know and love, and then some that Jay himself has composed either intentionally or in complete improvisation, or as he calls it, "In This Moment". Either way, they rely heavily on the essence of improvisation, where each piece is an epic journey into different emotional states. It's a refreshingly new concept of musicmaking, and one to surely inspire many people.
